By creating an account or using the AgentArtery platform, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AgentArtery provides programmatic access to real carrier-grade phone numbers for SMS and voice communication. AgentArtery owns and operates all devices and SIM cards used to deliver the service. You are responsible for the AI logic and content you transmit through the service.
Live number access requires successful identity verification (KYC). You agree to provide accurate identifying information and documents. AgentArtery may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where verification cannot be completed or where information is found to be false.
You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. You acknowledge and consent that calls placed or received through the platform may be recorded and transcribed, and that transcripts and message content may be analyzed by automated systems for content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law. Accounts associated with prohibited content may be flagged, suspended, and where required by law, reported to the appropriate authorities.
Outbound voice calls may only be placed to destinations in the same country as the originating number. This restriction is enforced technically and may not be circumvented.
Plans are billed monthly. Usage beyond included limits is charged against your prepaid credit balance. Indian developers pay via Razorpay; other developers pay via PayPal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
AgentArtery may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or that present a risk to the platform. You may close your account at any time.
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentArtery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. AgentArtery is incorporated in Canada and these terms are governed by applicable Canadian law.
