We collect account information (name, email, company, country), identity verification documents and details, billing information processed by our payment partners, and operational data including message metadata, call records, recordings, and transcripts.
We use information to provide and secure the service, verify identity, process billing, monitor for abuse and prohibited content, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you.
Where recording is enabled, call audio is stored in encrypted object storage and may be transcribed. Recordings and transcripts are retained according to your plan's retention period unless preserved for legal or compliance reasons.
KYC documents are stored in a non-public location and accessed only by authorized staff for verification and compliance purposes.
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers (payment, transcription, infrastructure) under contract, and with authorities where required by law or mandatory reporting obligations.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some data must be retained to meet legal and compliance obligations.
