Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital service — no physical shipping
ReachCell is a software service delivered entirely online. There are no physical goods, and nothing is shipped or couriered. This policy describes how access to the service is delivered electronically.
How the service is delivered
Access to the ReachCell platform — the developer portal, REST API, and MCP server — is provisioned to your account electronically. On successful registration and payment, plan limits and account credits are applied to your account and are available immediately through the portal and API.
Delivery timeline
Account credits and plan changes are applied automatically and are typically available within a few seconds of a successful payment, and in all cases within a few minutes. Phone-number provisioning, where included in your plan, is completed from your portal and activates as soon as a number is assigned to your account.
Delivery charges
Because the service is delivered electronically, no shipping, handling, or delivery charges apply. You pay only for your plan and metered usage.
Delivery issues
If a payment succeeds but credits or access do not appear on your account within a few minutes, contact admin@reachcell.com with your transaction reference and we will resolve it promptly.
