Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work on the ReachCell platform. By adding funds or subscribing to a plan, you agree to the terms below.
Prepaid credits are non-refundable
ReachCell operates on a prepaid model. Funds you add to your account are converted into account credits and used to pay for usage beyond your plan's included limits. Once funds have been added as credits, they are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted back to cash. Credits do not expire while your account remains in good standing and may be used at any time.
Subscription plans
Paid plans are billed for a one-month period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your developer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your current plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Plan fees already paid for the current period are not refunded on cancellation.
Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately and apply the new plan's limits at once. Downgrades are scheduled to take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep the benefits you have paid for. No partial-period refunds or credits are issued for downgrades.
Incorrect or duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate transaction or a payment that did not result in credits being added — contact admin@reachcell.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, where a genuine billing error is confirmed, reverse the affected charge through the original payment method.
How to cancel
Sign in to your account, open Billing, and use the cancellation or plan-change controls. Cancellation is self-service and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No charge is made for cancelling.
