Calls processed through ReachCell may be recorded and transcribed, and transcripts may be analyzed by an automated system for content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
Detected violations result in account flags, potential automatic suspension, and — for certain categories — mandatory reporting to the appropriate authorities.
