Calls processed through ReachCell may be recorded and transcribed, and transcripts may be analyzed by an automated system for content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

Detected violations result in account flags, potential automatic suspension, and — for certain categories — mandatory reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Prohibited categories include illegal drug transactions, weapons trafficking, human trafficking, financial fraud and scams, threats of violence, and other illegal services. See the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service for the complete terms.
